How Do I Submit a Meter Reading Online?

Submitting your meter readings online is a great way to improve the accuracy of the bills we send you. So follow these quick steps below:

Log in to your Account – Top-right corner side of our home page.
Access “My Meter Reading” section.
You can switch between “Electricity Reading” and “Gas Reading”.
Enter your 5-digit reading for Electricity and your 5/4 digit reading for gas, excluding number after the decimal point. Select the respective date and press “Submit”.
You’ll be able to see a recorded all the readings you’ve given.
